“Bihishti Zewar”

Question

Is it permissible or impermissible to read the printed copies of “Bihishti Zewar” (“Heavenly Ornaments”) by the respected Mawlawi Ashraf Ali Thanwi ﵋? Some say that the Maulana does not belong to Ahl al-Sunna?
