Women's Sermons Over the Loudspeaker at Night

Question

Is it permissible for women to give a talk over the loudspeaker at night, or not? Should women's voices go beyond the house, or not?

Answer

If the gathering consists only of women, and the voice does not reach non-mahram men, then it is permissible for a woman to deliver a sermon and to convey what she has to say.
