An Indian performing Hajj on a Pakistani passport

Question

A certain person is an Indian. If he has a Pakistani passport made in Pakistan and goes for Hajj, is the Hajj valid or not?

Answer

His Hajj will be valid. Editor’s note: but he should make sure that this is not a legal offence, and that no difficulty will arise because of the violation, for it is not wise to put one’s honour and dignity in danger by violating the law.
