Hajj with One’s Mother’s Money

Question

If I remain well, I wish to go this year for the obligatory Hajj together with my respected mother as her mahram. I am probably 18 years old; I have one elder brother, who is about 21. Kindly do me the favour of resolving this issue of mine.

Answer

If the money for the expenses is transferred into your ownership, or you already have enough to perform Hajj with, then by going with your respected mother and performing Hajj, your obligatory Hajj will be fulfilled. If your respected mother takes you along at her own expense and you perform Hajj, the Hajj will still be fulfilled.
