Mawlana Fakhr al-Din completing al-Bukhari; a dropped notebook, three rupees and an exercise book
Question
Question: I saw in a dream that Mawlana Fakhr al-Din ﵀ was conducting the completion (khatm) of Sahih al-Bukhari. I was coming running from there into the room when a notebook fell; I picked up three rupees and the exercise book. I was still there when the Mawlana, having completed al-Bukhari, left. What is the interpretation of this?
Answer
The spirit of Hazrat Mawlana Fakhr al-Din ﵀ is turned towards al-Bukhari; you were not able to receive grace (fayd) from him; and one should be content with the very least of worldly wealth — these three things are evident from this dream.
