Seeing oneself perform istinja’ with a menstrual pad instead of a clod of earth

Question: Your servant has seen a dream, and it is this: I went to the lavatory to relieve myself, and after relieving myself, to dry the istinja’ (cleansing after relieving oneself), instead of a clod of earth I am drying the istinja’ with a women’s menstrual pad of hayd. I saw this dream while sleeping at midday during the siesta (qaylula). What is the interpretation of this dream?

Answer

In intimacy (mubashara) with your wife, take care that after she has become free of menstruation she performs ghusl completely and becomes clean and pure — then have intimacy.
