A Muslim barber shaving the beard of a non-Muslim

Question: Can Muslim barbers do the grooming of a non-Muslim polytheist Bhangi (a caste of sweepers), that is, shaving the beard, trimming the hair and the like, without karaha, or not?

Answer

It is not right for a barber to shave the beard of a Muslim or a non-Muslim.
