Obtaining a certificate from someone else

Question: If a young man has completed a technical course but does not have a certificate, can he obtain a certificate from somewhere and get a job with it or not, given that the young man is also experienced?

Answer

If obtaining a certificate is legally required, and getting employment without it is an offence, then abiding by the law is necessary, since in it there is also the protection of life and property.
