Treatment by means of a mantra

Question

Question: Among us, children get wounds, boils, pimples and the like on the head, face and so on; for this an amulet is made and given, and recitation with blowing is also done — and this by Muslims. It is as follows: [ar]سینتاستی کوسات بیٹا پھوک پھوان لڑیوان میل پوان دودھ پوان لڑیوان پوان دھان سینتاستی[/ar] These are the words of “one hundred thousand and 36 (?) awliya”. Please tell us what this is, and also write what “dahai” (calling on someone for help) means.
