Reciting a litany with the hand on a barren woman’s private parts for the sake of offspring

Question: A certain Barelvi, in the case of a woman who has no son, places his hand on her private parts — that is, inserting his hand inside her trousers — and recites a regular litany for hours. Is there any such litany?

What litany? This is carnal lust. It is an utterly shameful and base act. People should keep their women away from him and stay away from him themselves; if they have become his disciples, they should dissolve the bay‘a.
