The old-style burqa

Question: In the burqa of former times, too, the ‘awra (satr) becomes uncovered through carelessness. What is the ruling on using such a burqa?

Answer

If in the old-style burqa the covering of the ‘awra is incomplete, and in comparison a sheet achieves complete covering, then the sheet should be used.
