Participation in the Mourning Assembly in Memory of Husayn

What is the ruling of the Sacred Law on the participation of the Ahl al-Sunna in the “Husayn Memorial”? (2) Since the Shi‘a call it an international gathering, what is the ruling of the Sacred Law on declaring it false and refuting it? (3) What is the ruling of the Sacred Law for the general Muslims regarding those Ahl al-Sunna speakers who take part in it? (4)

We have ourselves read the literature of this movement, and some extracts from their speeches and pamphlets reached [us] together with the above-mentioned istifta (query) of the respected Hakim Riyaz, the organiser of the Mourning Assembly in Memory of Husayn in Gonda.
