Is the Prophet ﷺ the Absolute Deputy, Owner and Master?

Question

(1) “The Most Holy Prophet ﷺ is the absolute deputy. The whole world has been placed under the disposal of the Prophet ﷺ: whatever he wishes he does; from whomever he wishes he takes whatever he wishes; to whomever he wishes he gives. In the whole world there is no one who could reverse his command; the whole world is his subject, and he is the subject of none save his Lord. He is the owner of all human beings, and whoever does not acknowledge him as owner is deprived of the sweetness of the Sunna.

Answer

In the books of the respected Khan Barelvi there is also that which contradicts the passages cited. In “al-Amn wa al-‘Ula” it is written that calling anyone other than Allah the Knower of the Unseen (عالم الغيب) is forbidden. In one place he also writes that whoever admits even a particle of intrinsic (ذاتي)
