Description

Breadcrumbs are ground dried bread: flour, yeast, salt, oil or fat, sugar, dairy and egg components depend on the bread recipe (the dossier sources do not list them). Bread may contain L-cysteine E920, emulsifiers (E471, E472, E481) and enzymes, including from pancreas; additives carried over from bread may be omitted from the breadcrumb ingredients.
