Burying a Deceased Iranian in a Muslim Graveyard

Question

Some Iranians live here; they join us in the prayers of the two Eids and also perform the sacrifice and the like. One person says about the Iranians that these people are Shi‘a, belonging to the Shi‘i school, and therefore it is not permissible to bury their dead in our graveyard. Please inform us whether it is permissible to bury their dead in our graveyard or not.

Answer

Since those Iranians pray behind your imam, it is correct to permit their dead to be buried in your graveyard.
