Setting up a box for collecting income for a shrine and a graveyard

Question

(1) Who can be entitled to set up a box to collect the rupees that are dropped (donated) for the graveyard and the venerated shrine — the Anjuman Khadim al-Islam (an association) or the grandson (daughter’s son) of the said deceased? (2) In the Holy Qur’an, in the eighth ruku‘ (section) of Surat al-Nisa’: [ar]إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَن تُؤَدُّوا۟ ٱلْأَمَـٰنَـٰتِ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهَا[/ar] “Allah commands you to render trusts to those to whom they are due” (Surah al-Nisa’, 4:58).

Answer

1. For the shrine, the right belongs to its custodian; for the graveyard, the right belongs to the one who guards and supervises it. 2. The ruling has been stated above; there is no need for analogy (qiyas).
