Salary of the imam and teacher from the income of the graveyard orchard

Question

A man served as imam in the madrasa and the mosque. The administrators of the mosque and madrasa paid his monthly salary from the graveyard fund. This orchard was planted in the graveyard with the intention that the expenses of the madrasa and the mosque could be met from its income. A certain person requested a fatwa, and the answer in the fatwa was that the income of the graveyard is to be spent on the graveyard alone, and no one is authorised to spend it on madrasas and the mosque besides it.

Answer

There is no need to leave the mosque or the madrasa because of this issue. Let an arrangement be made regarding the salary that it will not be paid from this fund. There is also no need to repeat the prayers that have already been performed. The price of the rows (prayer mats) bought from this fund should be deposited into this fund.
