The rector reading the letters of teachers and students without permission
Question
If a rector of a madrasa reads the incoming letters of the teachers and students without permission, and says that this is necessary for the administration of the madrasa — how is this?
Answer
If the rector and the person in charge need this in order to maintain order, then he should publish it as a rule and regulation, or enter it in the admission form, so that everyone becomes aware of it. Whoever wishes may accept it and take admission, and whoever does not wish should not take admission.
