Donors should be aware of teachers’ pensions

Question

May a pension be given to the weak and disabled teachers of an Arabic madrasa or not? Is it necessary that the donors know about it?

Answer

If the administrators of the madrasa have made a rule and published it, and the donors have come to know that pensions are also paid to disabled and aged teachers from the money they give, and they have accepted it and have not objected to it, then paying the pension is valid.
