Feeding the Tablighi Jamaat with Grain Meant for the Students

Question

In a certain madrasa children study, and the Tablighi Jamaat also comes there. Donations are collected in the name of Madrasa Khayr al-Salam and Dar al-Musafirin (a travellers’ lodge). Moreover, people do not know that in the madrasa to which we give grain, the members of the Tablighi Jamaat eat. Is this permissible or not?

Answer

It is not permissible to feed the people of the Tablighi Jamaat from grain that was given for the children studying in the madrasa, unless there is permission from those who gave it.
