Bringing small children and the insane into the mosque

Question

Bringing into the mosque small children and insane persons whose impurity is predominantly likely is haram, and if it is not predominantly likely, it is makruh (“Adab al-Masajid”). Is this makruh tanzihi or tahrimi?

Answer

If the children are clean and tidy, it is not makruh tahrimi.
