Evicting One Who Has Usurped the Mosque’s Chamber

Question

A certain person has taken usurping possession of the mosque’s chamber and does no work for the mosque or the like. Moreover, during the rain four prayer mats had been left lying outside; this person was present at the time, they got soaked and were ruined, but he did not even pick them up.

Answer

Such a person should be completely prevented from living and sleeping in the mosque.
