What to Do When a Mosque Servant Becomes Old and Weak

Question

A certain mosque has a long‑serving employee who has grown old while working; he keeps doing a little work. May he be paid his full salary from the mosque or not?

Answer

Let work be assigned to him in accordance with his strength as well; there is room for this much concession.
