The Mosque’s Electric Wire over Someone’s House

Question

If, in installing electricity in the mosque, the wire comes over another person’s house while the owner of the house is not present, and on returning he is displeased, and those who had the electricity installed themselves say bad, harsh words to him in return — how is that?

Answer

If the wire coming over his house causes him harm, it should be removed from there and such a method adopted that no harm reaches him; otherwise let it remain there. Quarrelling over every little thing and saying provocative words is bad.
