Money of a Black-Marketeer for the Mosque

Question

If traders who engage in black-marketing give donations for a mosque, may their money be spent on the mosque or not?

Answer

Ownership is acquired in this case as well, and spending it on the mosque is also correct; but this method itself is such that it involves danger to honour, danger to property and danger to life.
