What must be observed during ‘idda?

Question: What things need to be observed during the days of ‘idda?

Answer

She should not adorn herself; she should not go out of the house without dire necessity; when she goes out in dire necessity, she should return quickly; she should spend the night in the same house; and she should remain occupied with acts of obedience and worship.
