A way out of an oath with the word kullama
Question
(1) Zayd said: “If I come to love such-and-such a woman, namely Hinda, or fall passionately in love with her, then every time I marry any woman, she has three talaqs,” and he also said in Arabic: [ar]كلما تزوجتها فهي طالق طالق طالق[/ar] “Every time I marry her, she is divorced, divorced, divorced.” The situation is that this man, that is, Zayd, is unmarried: no nikah of his has taken place so far. Zayd has at times felt an inclination towards Hinda, but a bad thought came for a short while and then went away.
Answer
If Zayd claims to love that very woman, then whichever woman he marries and whenever he marries, a major (mughallaza) divorce will take place. A way for his nikah can be this: some other person, without asking him and without his permission, marries him to some woman and, acting as a fuduli (one acting without authority)
