Is Ghusl Wajib If One Sees a Sticky Substance on Waking?

In one Urdu book it says that if, on waking from sleep, one finds something sticky at the place of urination, ghusl is wajib; and in another book it says that if, from thoughts of desire, something sticky comes out at the beginning or the end of urination, ghusl is wajib. Is this correct?

Answer

When, on waking from sleep, he sees such a sticky substance, he should perform ghusl. [But] if, merely from thoughts of desire, without arousal and without spurting (dafq), some substance comes out before or after urination, ghusl is not wajib.
