Rubbing against the Thigh Does Not Make Ghusl Wajib

Question

If a person relieves his desire by rubbing his member with his thighs, but does it in such a way that he does not let the mani come out — he presses it that hard — is ghusl wajib for him according to the Hanafis?

Answer

In this case, without ejaculation (inzal), ghusl will not be wajib.
