The mu'takif taking water from the cistern (hawd)

Question

If the washroom (hammam) is separate from the floor of the mosque, may the mu'takif take water for wudu from the cistern (hawd), or not, given that there is no one at all inside?

Answer

If there is no one to bring the water, he may bring it.
