The Mu'takif Going Out to Throw Away Bones and the Like

Question

May a person in the state of i'tikaf throw outside the mosque the water from washing his hands, and bones, date stones and the like from the dining cloth? Likewise, may he put a mat, bedding and the like out in the sun?

Answer

He may throw the stones, water and the like outside from within the mosque itself, and he may also put the mat, bedding and the like out in the sun from within the mosque itself.
