The mu'takif teaching the Qur'an

Question

May a mu'takif teach the reading of the Glorious Qur'an from the mushaf or not, given that the children were already studying before as well?

Answer

He may teach; however, if the children are so small that they do not understand purity and impurity, they should not be seated in the mosque.
