Ate suhur one or two minutes after true dawn

Question

The last time for suhur is, say, five o’clock. A person, for example, woke up from sleep at twenty-five minutes past four and hurriedly ate a few morsels. By the time he had finished eating and began to drink water, it was one or two minutes past five. What is the ruling now?

Answer

He should complete this fast, and then after Ramadan keep one separate fast in its place.
