A minor leading tarawih

Question

A boy is a hafiz of the Qur’an. At the end of Sha‘ban al-Mu‘azzam this year he will be fourteen years and nine months old; outwardly no sign of puberty is found in him. May he recite [the Qur’an] in tarawih in Ramadan this year or not?

Answer

If he begins to have wet dreams (ihtilam) before blessed Ramadan arrives, then it will be correct to make him imam and pray tarawih behind him; otherwise not.
