The tahajjud prayer with a congregation

Question

In the nafl prayers of tahajjud a hafiz recites the Noble Qur’an aloud, and there is one muqtadi [behind him]. Some people said: “Wake us up too, and we will also join.” Is this permissible or not?

Answer

Up to three muqtadis it is permitted; if there are more than that, it is makruh.
