Where to Pray the Sunna of Fajr When the Congregation Has Stood for Prayer

Question

[ar]بوقت اقامت جماعت در صف ثانی سنت فجر خواندن مکروه است یا نه؟[/ar] “Is it makruh to pray the sunna of Fajr in the second row at the time of the iqama of the congregation, or not?”

Answer

[ar]بلا حائل مکروه است[/ar] “Without a barrier it is makruh.” [ar]ثُمَّ السُّنَّةُ الْمُؤَكَّدَةُ الَّتِي يُكْرَهُ خِلَافُهَا فِي سُنَّةِ الْفَجْرِ، وَكَذَا فِي سَائِرِ السُّنَنِ، هُوَ أَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَ بِهَا مُخَالِطًا لِلصَّفِّ بَعْدَ شُرُوعِ الْقِيَامِ فِي الْفَرِيضَةِ، وَلَا خَلْفَ الصَّفِّ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَائِلٍ، وَأَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِهَا إِمَّا فِي بَيْتِهِ وَهُوَ الْأَفْضَلُ،…
