Omission of Two Verses

Question

In the prayer, in the sura “‘Amma yatasa’alun”, after “حَمِيمًا وَغَسَّاقًا جَزَاءً وِفَاقًا إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا لَا يَرْجُونَ حِسَابًا” (Surah al-Naba’, 78:25–27) he skipped the verses that follow and recited “فَذُوقُوا فَلَنْ نَزِيدَكُمْ إِلَّا عَذَابًا” (78:30). Is the prayer valid or not?

Answer

The prayer did not become fasid because of both of these mistakes.
