Reciting al-Fatiha behind the imam

Question. Esteemed, most honourable Mawlana, Hafiz, Qari and Mufti! As-salamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. It is submitted that, when the muqtadi (follower) stands in the obligatory (fard) prayer behind the imam, the following hadith of “Sahih al-Bukhari” is cited, from which it is clearly established that when the muqtadi stands behind the imam, reciting “al-Hamd” (Surat al-Fatiha) is wajib, and that if in a prayer with recitation (qira’a)
