Imamate of one ill with involuntary seminal discharge

Question

What is the ruling on the imamate of a person who suffers from the disease of involuntary seminal discharge, that is, after the emission of mani (semen), madhy keeps coming out for some time?

Answer

If he gets enough time to perform wudu’ and offer the prayer while the wudu’ remains intact, his imamate is proper; otherwise it is not proper.
