The prayer and imamate of one suffering from involuntary seminal discharge

Question

This humble one has long been afflicted with the ailment of involuntary seminal discharge. Often, without spurting and without desire, something of the nature of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) comes out and sometimes remains at the mouth of the outlet, and sometimes goes beyond the outlet and spreads a little, but does not separate from the skin and fall; sometimes it also gets onto the clothes. And often this condition also occurs during the prayer.

Answer

There is no doubt that this thing nullifies wudu’. However, if the matter has reached the point that according to the Shari‘a you can be called a ma‘dhur, then the ruling for you in that case will be this: it will be necessary for you to perform a fresh wudu’ for every prayer, and with that wudu’ you may pray everything, both fard and nafl.
