The Chain of Transmission (Isnad) of the Noble Qur’an

Question

For the Noble Qur'an, is there only tawatur tabaqati (mass transmission through successive tiers), or is there also tawatur isnadi (mass transmission through a chain)? If there is tawatur isnadi, what is this chain? By the method of 'an 'an [each narrator saying 'from so-and-so'], or by some other way? [That is all.]

Answer

Tawatur tabaqati is, of course, self-evident. Precisely for this reason, no individual sought to trace his sanad through 'an 'an, nor did he consider this necessary. Hazrat Mirdas al-Aslami ﵁ used to teach the Noble Qur'an continuously. In the teaching circle (dars)
