Reciting Non-Qur'anic Text With Qur'anic Cantillation

Question

What is the ruling on reciting non-Qur'anic [text] with [Qur'anic] recitation-style (qira’a)?

Answer

If it is read with due regard to the rules of Arabic grammar, then it is fine; however, the non-Qur'anic [text] becomes confounded with the Qur'an.
