Pausing at 'Amr' or 'Salam' in Surah al-Qadr

Question

In Surah al-Qadr, should one pause (waqf) at the word «أَمْر», or at «سَلَام», or in both places?

Answer

There is a choice (ikhtiyar) in both places — let [the reciter] pause wherever he wishes.
