Reciting the Holy Quran Along with a Cassette

Question

If, in order to recite the Holy Qur’an correctly, someone plays a cassette and also opens the Noble Qur’an and recites along with it himself — will he receive reward? Secondly, if a verse requiring prostration occurs, is a single prostration sufficient, or should he perform a separate one for what was heard from the cassette?

Answer

If a person is himself unable to recite correctly, and out of this necessity plays the cassette and recites in accordance with it, he will certainly receive reward, and a single prostration will suffice.
