If a Second Nikah Takes Place Because of the Wife’s Fault, Equal Treatment Is Necessary

Question

My thought is that if, even after the second marriage, my first wife goes on Hajj and comes back, I will look after both of them. Is it correct to do so or not?

Answer

Marrying a second time without need usually brings trouble, and agreement between the two is difficult. For the one who fulfils the rights of both and lives with justice, there is also permission for it. Consider it yourself. May Allah Most High help you and grant you help in the best manner in all affairs of religion and this world.
