Touching One’s Stepmother with Ill Intent as a Cause of Prohibition by Affinity

Question

Zayd touched his stepmother with ill intent, but the stepmother, with all her strength, saved herself from forcible zina (rape). When the husband came a little later, the woman told him of the young man’s insolence. The mother also said that in defending herself she had wounded the young man’s face, and she showed the husband the mark on the young man’s face. A little later father and son met, and the father said: “From today do not stay here; go away somewhere.

Answer

If Zayd touched any part of his stepmother’s body with desire without clothing, and desire arose from it or desire increased; or he touched over clothing, but the clothing was so thin that the warmth of the body was felt; and moreover Zayd did not ejaculate (inzal), then she has become haram for Zayd’s father forever.
