A Father-in-Law Propositioning His Daughter-in-Law for Illicit Relations

Question

A man, with ill intent, said to the wife of his own son: “Let me have intercourse with you.” He said this not once but three times. The woman, being compelled, told her husband. The husband replied: “Keep quiet.” After several days he again proposed illicit relations. The woman, having no choice, told her father and other relatives. Now the question is: in this case, does the son’s nikah remain or not?
