At Night, Unknowingly, His Hand Fell on His Wife’s Grandmother, Aunt and Uncle’s Wife

Question

A man went to his in-laws’ house to fetch his wife, and at night after dinner he slept apart from his wife, on another bed. But in the room in which he slept, four slept on one bed: his wife’s paternal grandmother, her paternal aunt, the wife of her paternal uncle, and his wife. In the middle of the night this man got up from his bed out of a surge of sexual desire and to satisfy his need. The room was dark, and because of this, for the purpose of waking, instead of his wife he grabbed the grandmother’s foot.

Answer

Because of this his wife has not become haram for him, since he grabbed the wife’s grandmother’s foot by mistake and his desire did not increase from it; the grandmother immediately jerked it away, and as soon as he realized, he left that place and moved away. Because of the paternal aunt and the uncle’s wife there has been no effect.
