Does Prohibition Arise When a Minor Kisses His Wife’s Sister?

Zayd, while a minor, kissed his wife’s sister, and this sister-in-law is older than Zayd, that is, she is an adult. What now needs to be ascertained is: what will Zayd’s relationship with his wife now be?

Answer

In the case asked about, Zayd’s wife will not become haram for Zayd; rather, she will remain his wife as before, because the wife’s sister has no relationship of partness (juz’iyya) with the wife — neither as an ascendant nor as a descendant.
