The Name of the Commander of the Faithful in the Khutba

Question

Here, the name of our local Nawab (a title of a Muslim ruling prince or nobleman) is mentioned in the khutba. May the Nawab's name be mentioned in the khutba of Eid al-Fitr?

Answer

If the name of the supreme caliph, the Commander of the Faithful, is mentioned, there is room for it. Is the respected Nawab's position the same — that he is the amir and ruler of all the Muslims?
